As the first post indicates, the labeling on these is confusing.However, the Corsair web site at http://www.corsair.com/_datasheets/TW3X4G1600C9DHX.pdfstates that the TW3X4G1600C9DHX is a matched pair of CM3X2G1600C9DHXmodules tested at 1600Mhz, Vdimm=1.80volts, latency settings 9-9-9-24.
