Pros:Corsair QualityFast and CoolRock-solid Comment:
Picked this for a Core-i7 build because of the low latencies and outstanding results I've had with other Corsair products. Wasn't disappointed. Set up bios as per ratings and haven't had to do anything since. Works fantastic. Pricey, but good stuff always is. |
Got these after being a longtime OCZ customer and was disappointed with a cheaper pair of 6GB 1600 Platinum sticks. Popped these in and they're passing every test with flying colours so far.Although they supposedly run natively at 2T command rate, the box from NCIX stated 1T on the sticker. Enabling XMP sets them to 2T which can be simply adjusted to 1T effortlessly. They run fine with XMP at 7-7-7-20 1T at 1.65v and I should be able to throttle down to 1.5vDefects happen, but I've had a bit too many problems with OCZ products lately. Corsair may just be my new weapon of choice.
