This is a very good product. It's very comfortable for those extended periods of gaming and the fact that the mic comes out too is really helpful if I want to use the headphones as a regular set

Once I got the product, I tried to install the driver off the CD. Cd was bad so had to search the net for the driver. Once installed, I plugged in the headset. Had to reboot my system. Then the headset did not work with all my apps. Had to reconfigure each one to work with the headset and had to do this each time I rebooted. Then after a few weeks it just stopped working. There was a bug with the driver. Got frustrated, so went out and bought a non USB headset. Although the audio quality is good, it is not suer friendly and unreliable.

I purchased headset for conducting Webinars and it does that quite well.

I would not recommend these earphones to anyone. The only thing that is good, is the comfort of the padding. Sound quality is mediocre. Drivers constantly fail, you end up with badly distorted sound and voice. Creative is not well known for their customer service and my experience has been the same. Long wait times and failure to correct the issue. Go with another headset, in fact any other set besides this one!
