Functions Very effectively in a Dell Inspiron 6000. Ran prime 95 for eight hours on memory test. No errors. They operate in dual channel configurations. Modules run at 400MHz, but thats because of the chipset in the laptop not since of the modules I have received. IDK I researched a lot on the internet to come across memory that would work for my laptop ( HP Pavilion dv-8000 ) I was told by a lot of this ram would work, even some web-sites promised so... Properly it doesn't it just won't fit, the 200-Pin is not for this laptop. So I have it sitting here doing nothing. I wish it would function

Put two of these in an older Toshiba laptop and it fired appropriate up. Packaging was annoying, but no large deal. It's RAM and it worked, that's all I wanted and that's what I got.
