got those 1 week ago. all i can say is, those are some really good stick of memorys. crucial always use quality micronchip. i got those 2 stick into an Asus P5E3-D running at 1333 7-7-7-18-1T 1.8v w/o any problems. and at 1600 9-9-9-21-2T 1.8v. (overclock 1800 9-9-9-24-2T 1.90v) memtest86 and prime95 All Pass no error.really good product for the price. |
I am running a ASUS P5E3 Prem. with X48 chipset. I have the RAM running at 1600. The timings are set at 7-7-7-18 which is faster then what is recomended. I have also not touched the voltage levels off of the stock condition. I have been doing this for a year without a hitch. I currently have overclocked my 9540 CPU, which is rated for 2.66MHz, up to 3.4Mhz with the RAM crashing. I have steady stated the freq back to 3.2MHz due to the Temp of the CPU getting a little warm for my liking.
