Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:
Cannot find any info about this ram. Part number cannot be found on crucial's website. Nowhere on the internet has anything more than that this is a ddr2 sodimm.
Pros: Planing to buy this product Comment:
It is strange that I cannot find anything about this product on the company's site. I guess I will just buy something else. |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:None
Pros:Inexpensive2 gigs on one stickGood quality Comment:
Bought it to replace one of the RAM sticks that had died in my Dell M1330. This stick was compatible with the remaining memory in my laptop, though this one alone would have sufficed on its own anyway. |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:None for now (still not working at good speed because i only install one and i kept on 512mo stick)
Pros:Worked well on my 2.5 years old computer Comment:
It helps my Toshiba A100-OFH being much faster and being able to Run Windows 7 RC. I would recommand it because it is pretty cheap and worked well. Maybe 2 sticks could be used for better performance in DDR2. |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:- Only DDR2-667 ?
Pros:- Very cheap, even more on sale.- Decent enough for SODIMM memory- Brand instead of noname Comment:
As a guy already said, it's much better to buy this to get extra ram than paying 10x more from HP to get worse ram. |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:none
Pros:easy install most brand name laptops pick it up Comment:
installed 2x 1gb of rendition in my laptop acer aspire 5520 as it came with 1gb only and it worked pretty good(vista home premium) also said running in dual channel great! it was a good improvement and the 2gb been running scince june 08 so going to try the same brand and speed with 2x2gb hope to see better performance, crucial seems to be a good alternative to the crap (memory) that comes with big box store sale priced laptops.p.s they also put slower speed ram as i noticed when i did my swap out This review was modfied by poster @ 02-11-09 07:54 PM |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:-none that I can think of.
Pros:-cheap-reliable-micron chips Comment:
This is probably the best value for your money, at 19.99 purchase price, there really isn't anything to complain about. Besides, they acutally used Micron chips on the RAM, which gave high compatibility and great performance.highly recommended!! |

I purchased two of these during the Boxing day sale, and have been using them in my ASUS 701SD EEE PC's with great success. Each one immediately recognized the new RAM in the bios, and Windows XP was noticeably faster as well. Would purchase again! |

Cons:none so far
Pros:price/capacity, quality Comment:
Rather than paying hundreds of dollar to companies like HP to increase ram, paying for rams like this is far better. These rams are actually better than those in some cases and you save a ton |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:-not all the same
Pros:-cheap-works in my mac Comment:
So I picked up two of these for $17 each, and dropped them into my Macbook Pro 17inch Rev3,1.Works great, no issues so far.One minor oddity is that the stickers and manufacture/part numbers were different on the two sticks I got. Didn't think much of the stickers (one of them had two stickers, the other only had one) but when I checked the manufacturer info one came up as 'crucial' and the other 'micron'. Obviously these are actually made in the same place, but weird that they were coded differently.Anyway, works fine, no problems. Final cut runs a bit better now vs 2gb. yay! |

Very good ram for the price. Bought two sticks and installed it flawlessly in an acer extensa notebook running Vista. Works flawlessly in dual channel. The blister packaging is a pain to open without a pair of scissors though. |

Crucial Rendition 2GB 1X2GB PC2-5300 DDR2-667 200PIN SODIMM Memory
Cons:You get what you pay forAnother one of those battle with the packaging design.
Pros:Cheapest 1x2 gb of DDr2 ram Comment:
Got this for my EEEpc 900ha, worked great and no problem at all. It's the cheapest 1x2gb ram for ddr2 laptop out there you can get. If you get this prepare to take a chainsaw with you to open the package as it's sealed all the way around. |
Excellent product, just replaced the 1GB on my HP Mini 210 was done under 5 minutes. Worked great from there. Would have found a 20$ price tag to be better, but I think DDR2 will only get higher as time goes by.
