Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 2.1 Flat Panel Design Speaker System
Cons:Price - You could get about the same quality for lessYou have to play around with settings to get good lows
Pros:Good sound overallHandy control pad Comment:
I was desperately looking for a quick replacement for some Altec Lansing 2.1 speakers that my brother broke. I was really wary about going with Cyber Acoustic since they're not as reputable but I was pleasantly surprised.I was actually somewhat disappointed with these speakers' bass performance at first but some quick tweaking with the Speaker properties on my PC made a huge difference. I was going to return these before I did that but now I am definitely sticking with them. |

Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 2.1 Flat Panel Design Speaker System
Cons:Left speaker made a rattling sound with certain frequenciesSub obviously can't go very low at decent volumes
Pros:CheapGood sound for the priceDecent bassSleek looking satellites Comment:
Was looking for a decent 2.1 speaker system for the bedroom to replace my underpowered Logitech LS21 set. Found these for 34.99 so I decided to give them a shot considering they seem to be reviewed well on other online sites.Listened to various kinds of music including jazz, hip hop, r&b, pop & alternative. For the most part, these speakers sounded good, especially for the price. Highs were detailed and clear but produced a slight shrill and were a tad bright for my liking. The sub was able to hit pretty hard for midrange bass, but lower frequencies were almost inaudible, which is to be expected for such a small driver. But this made it sound unbalanced. With that said, this was only in rap music with a lot of low bass notes. Again, for the most part, this set produced a fairly balanced sound overall.I did have an issue with the left speaker. Playing certain frequencies produced a noticeable rattling noise. If it weren't for this, I probably would've kept them. The quality didn't seem quite as good as budget Logitech sets.I am fairly critical when it comes to audio as I have listened to several fairly expensive home theater speakers. Again, if it weren't for the rattling noise, I probably would've been fairly happy with them. But I decided to return them as the upgrade in sound over my LS21 set wasn't enough to justify exchanging them. I would still recommend giving them a listen considering they do sound pretty good for the price. If it weren't for the rattling in the left speaker, I would've gave them a 4/5. Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 2.1 Flat Panel Design Speaker System
Cons:- Tinny sounding satellites (fixed however with an equalizer and adjusting the bass levels on the control pad)
Pros:- Great price for a 2.1 system- Subwoofer is plenty strong- Good, not great, sound overall Comment:
Upgrading from my 10 year old 2.0 speaker system, the added sub was a huge boost. I've been using the speakers for about a month now, with games, movies, you name it. Overall, the sound is good; certainly good enough for a casual listener/non-audiophile listener. I consider myself an audiophile (with a budget...) and I found that these speakers were definitely worth the cash.PS: The build of the satellite speakers feel cheap. They're VERY easily knocked over by a slight wobble of the desk, and over the past month, the speakers have fell over probably around 10 times. But then again, it still sounds good after all the dropping, so maybe the build quality INSIDE the speakers is better than the outside. |

Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 2.1 Flat Panel Design Speaker System
Cons:Sound characteristics
Pros:Features, small size Comment:
Super dissapointed in this system; the satellites sound super small and crummy, and the subwoofer is a one-note boom box. I tried to EQ it out in WMP but could only get marginal improvements. I will much rather listen to either of my other innexpensive 2.0 computer speaker systems than this 2.1. |

Cyber Acoustics CA-3602 2.1 Flat Panel Design Speaker System
Cons:
No shield for sat. speakers
Pros: Good SpeakersLooks GoodSounds GoodAUX portBass ControlCheap Comment:
Looks good with my desk and computer. These speakers delievers best sounding quality. The controller included bass control and AUX. Its cheap compared to other products such as logitech. My logitech speakers didn't last long enough. I hope this speakers will last longer than logitech. |
This set is a nice addition to any desktop that currently doesn't have speakers. To my ears, they outperform their Logitech competitors. The satellites get loud enough to fill a room with sound. Just don't expect these to best higher-end or bookshelf speakers (you get what you pay for).
