Microphone works great for the price. I would not pay for a microphone more than 10$ and this one does a better job than the ones I had in the past. Unlike the other review, I got the black version just like the one I wanted. Only little bug I have with this microphone is you need to change settings in ventrilo so it does not sound weird, but after it's done it sounds great. On other applications you don't need to change any settings it's just plug and play. It's cool to have the ON/OFF button for skype when you don't want to alt+tab in a game and you want to mute really fast your microphone, you can keep on playing and MUTE the mic, then when you are over and want to put it back ON you just slide the it back ON.An other nice thing is you don't have to plug it in USB, I personally hate microphones you have to plug in usb, it's not as intuitive and not really better quality.

When I first got this product I was expecting a "black" microphone. Instead I got a grey one. I left it for a bit and was too lazy to return it. Why is anything grey any ways? It doesn't match any other products! I've had problems with my microphone input being very week and hoped a new mic would solve the issue, but it didn't so I will keep looking. It's a decent mic.

This Replaced a dysfuntional usb mic and it sounds a lot more clear than I thought it would so I'm a happy gamer.

The microphone installs easily, but does not pickup voice well enough for voice recognition unless the microphone is held close to the mouth. If you just use the desk stand you have to practically shout to have it pick up your voice correcly. Maybe I just expect too much for a $6 product.

The adjustable stand is the part I like best about this mic. You just click it to any height you need and it'll stay. The cord is nice and long, it has an on-off switch, and sounds pretty good as far as I can tell.

best mic i've had in a while!, it looks nice and does what its suppose to. I use it for gaming becuase my headset broke, it works better then my headset.
