CyberPower CP685AVRLCD UPS
Cons:None so far...

Pros:Great deal when on sale.Overall build qualityReplaceable batteriesSoftware is simple to use and is actually useful
Comment:
I purchased this unit on sale when I was looking for a UPS to use to keep my internet modem, router and phones alive during a power outage. At the moment I have the DSL modem/wireless router, an 8-port switch, cordless phone, 7W LED light and my HTPC all plugged into this UPS. The software tells me it has a 100% charge, consuming 86 watts (22% load) and have an expected runtime of 24 minutes. The software has been set up to shut down the HTPC after five minutes so the runtime should be greatly extended. It seems to deliver everything CyberPower promised.

CyberPower CP685AVRLCD UPS
Cons:None

Pros:Great built quality, LCD is very usefull to know the capacity/load of the UPS.
Comment:
Cyberpower UPS continue to impress me with their overall built quality, with the LCD you are able to know how many time your UPS will hold with the current charge plugged to it, it offer others great informations and since you can replace the battery, it's another pros. Nothing bad to say about this UPS.

CyberPower CP685AVRLCD UPS
Cons:None.

Pros:Easy setup, LCD display gives information without computer connection.
Comment:
This UPS was a good deal on special. It also uses a replaceable battery that is standard in other equipment, and easy to find on eBay. Among other things, the LCD display gives a readout of power capacity used, acting as a sort of A/C power meter. Connecting a USB cable to Ubuntu brought up a power meter automatically, no user intervention needed. Looks good so far.

CyberPower CP685AVRLCD UPS
Cons:low run time

Pros:Simple to use, good warranty, lots of plug ins both battery protected and not.
Comment:
I live in the country and power protection is important. This unit was on sale, comes with a great warranty and was super easy to use. I had it hooked up and the monitoring software running in minutes. It says my total wattage at low use is around 190 watts and seven minutes of backup storage -so that is lots of time to have the software properly shut the computer down if and when the power fails. It also protects from high and low spikes in the incoming voltage, something we get a lot of.
