I've buyed two of those to protect both of my 55" TV against surge. This is a must have for everyone who have expensive TV setup. Don't trust expensive power bars, buy an UPS for the same price. It will protect your equipement and let them run in case of a outage giving you time to shut them off normally. |
Bought this unit to protect my main computer, but it will scream at me if I do anything more than run a web browser and the calculator. Alarm goes off immediately if you draw more than the 330W the battery is rated for, and shutdown follows quickly. Word to the wise: if you're looking to protect your computer, buy something with a higher wattage rating.Other than that, the unit is solid, well-made, well-packaged and comes with easy to use software.
