I havn't had any power fluctuations to observe how well it works but definately better than nothing especially outdoors.

Pour tout le monde qui possède un Laptop et surtout pour ceux et celles qui changent souvent de place, ceci est un appareil presqu'indispensable lorsque l'on possède un Laptop car nous avons à nous brancher sur toutes sortes d'alimentations dont nous ne connaissons pas la qualité de l'alimentation. Se range très bien dans la valise du Laptop. Prix très abordable ($15 payé $11 en pricematch).Un point à améliorer cependant, c'est l'attache en Velcro qui ne tient pas toujours bien ce qui pourrait être corrigé par l'ajout d'une bande caoutchoutée collé à l'endo du ruban de Velcro. Très recommandable.
