See my DHP-540 review for more detail, but I get about 90mbit/s via Windows based SMB shares in an old 1950's house without any tweaking. Latency is nice and low as well (+15-20ms ontop of my router, still plenty low for gaming)Only complaint is paying $60-65 for one one these plus $85ish for the DHP-540, I feel like the most common config is a DHP-540 (in TV area) plus one of these near router, there should be a combo pack of both for $125-130.Otherwise, great value and SUPERIOR to wifi.
