Pros:Very simple to use, bright indicator LEDs, auto sensing ports.

Comment:
I recently purchased the D-Link DES-1024D 10/100 Fast Ethernet Switch so that I could host a lan party at my house. It worked extremely well and nobody had any connection speed problems. It has two LEDs per port, one for Link/Act and the other for 10/100Mbps. It has autosensing ports which makes it easy to use with crossover or straight through cat5e cables.
