One minor problem
Comment:
I was required to put in product ratings but really don't have any idea since I am not using the card in one of my computers (sorry for skewing the data). I purchased this card to replace another card in my Grandson's computer which failed. I can't say much about the performance but it would have been nice if the power supply cable had been included with the card. I didn't realize a special cable was required and didn't find out until my Grandson tried to install the card. Once I purchased and installed the appropriate cable, the installation went fairly easily. |

East Install

I bought this few days back and dropped it in my new home build PC. It was so easy to install. I downloaded the new driver Version from ATI website and it worked great. |

Nice card, beware on Win7
Comment:
Having and older (Nov, 2006) HP Pavilion and just installing Win7, I was surprised that Windows didn't even recognize the card or have some type of driver for it. The default way to install the driver off the CD was express that added a HDMI audio device which superseded the onboard SoundBlaster Audigy card. It took another install of Win7 and, this time, NOT using the express settings to make sure the HDMI device was not installed, to fix that. Just an FYI for those that might have this combo. Other than that, the card seems fine. |

Great Card for the price
Comment:
i would have given it all 5 stars but i paid $120 for it instead of the usual $110 that i've seen. However, when i bought it it was out of stock on EVERY other website so i'm still very satisfied. |

Great value
Comment:
The card installed without a hitch. It overclocks easily but the fan is way too loud at 100%. So I'm running it at stock speeds with 45% fan ( at this speed I don't even hear the fan). At full load I'm only hitting 48C. The card easily blazes through the games I play at maximum settings(Paradise City, NHL '09, Flight Sim X) I'm very pleased with the purchase so far. |

Best card available for summer 2009
Comment:
Faster than the nVidia 8800/9800 GT card, half the power consumption, has a full-size heatsink/fan combo. The only way this could be better is if it ran nVidia drivers instead of ATi's. Mine worked great (once Catalyst 9.5 released) even on the Windows 7 32-bit release candidate. Even Tom's Hardware agrees: buy this card; if you want more speed, crossfire two of them. |

This thing exceeded all of my expectations, easily overclockable, easy driver setup (i have heard some bad things about their driver support, but the drivers on the cd work fine) im running it on Vista Ultimate 32bit. highly recommend it! |
this thing works great on xp and win 7 fan is loud at 100% u will need far less than that run 50% never over 61C dose run worm would be hotter i think if u overclocked above 780 core good buy will buy another for crosfire when i get quad dual screen works good but not enoff vram to game with 2 screens need 2
