This one is cool and inexpensive. I love the cap-less feature, since I loose most of those with caps that detach. Wish it wasn't so fat! Can be problematic on those laptops with all the USB on one side, but I would buy again.

It may not provide high end performance but it does come at a high end price either. I was concerned about the design but after getting it in my hands, I like it. I tried to load pictures for the digital picture frame I also purchased, it would take the first 100 or so then NO MORE. I tried reformatting and even though there was plenty of room it refused to load them. I bought a different flash drive, same procedure everything worked fine. At such a cheap price it would cost more to send back than it was worth.

Completely standard USB stick in every way, priced well. Biggest selling point for me is the design. Rather than dealing with a cap (which just gets lost anyway) or a push out slider (which always collapses on you when you try to use it), this thumbdrive has a rigid USB attachment and the cover slides up and over to protect it. Great for pockets and very usable.

I bought 6 of these to mail to extended family menmbers, to have them put their camera files on from the 85 th birthday, and return to me. All the ones that I get back will get reloaded with the slide shows and videos, plus the archive of all the combined files as a gift! They were not extremely fast, but for the $6.99 sale price I wasn't expecting a moon rocket! I have always had good service and quality merchandise at TigerDirect!

I have not used any other flash drives, but I ordered two of these and have used them and they seemed to work fine for me. I suppose I don't use them that heavily, just to take files from here to there sometimes, but they've done that perfectly well.

i use this item for ALL purposes, whether to use it as an iso drive or jus to store all my pictures if i need to reboot my computer or share music with friends! so simple to use, and very sturdy, not like my old one that broke in like 2 days! Thanks tigerdirect!

I purchased 200 of these for a client to use as a handout at a conference. The idea was to install portable app with a company presentation. These drives are excruciatingly slow and are not suitable for portable applications. It took so long to load OpenOffice Impress that normal users would think the device is broken. Many minutes. But, you do get what you pay for, so shame on me. They are probably just fine as mobile storage.

I needed a falsh drive to store secret stuff off computer. Was using a floppy but NOT any more. Flash drive so oo much faster and can store more stuff. Loose protective caps get lost way to easy. On this drive, cap fixed on drive & slides back and forth, therefore no lost cap. I love that feature. The cap is tough to move out to protective mode though, so I filed a flat spot on slider to get thumb nail to hold body while extending cap. Now, my 2 flash drives get 4 Best stars.

I have purchased many different types of flash drives. This type comes with no add-on info stored on the disk by the manufacturer. Believe me, you don't want to deal with the add-on programs that some drives come with. Yes it is a bit hard to open or close, but with repeated use it becomes easier. I especially like the ''no-cap-to-loose'' feature for this brand of drive. The low price also makes this drive an excellent gift to clients and friends.

This USB Flash Drive was a good price. However, they are easy to open, but hard to get closed. You have to use your muscles along with a hard surface to get it closed.
