Was a cheap answer for various months. Didn't even last 6 months. Lower fan started to go a couple of months ago and it go fairly noisy. Was just a matter of time I suppose, but it died currently. Seems to be the norm with these cheapo supplies.

Has four Sata power cables. DOA, did the RMA and had a new one, but then it died 5 weeks later, NOW I HAVE TO Pay FOR THE SHIPPING TO GET AN RMA. Rather of get an RMA, I know this item WILL Fail again if I can't get a fantastic quality PSU. Why do I have to Spend extra for a corporation's fault! This item is junk.

-Four Sata Power Connections-Two Fans Ƒ internal bottom, 1 rear; but... see cons)-The 400W is a lot for basic computing and enough for an HTPC. -LOUD! The two fans present great cooling but they're cheapo stock fans and sound like jet engines. Don't bother with this PS if you want a quiet technique, no matter how quiet your program and cpu fans are, this factor puts out the decibels. They're excellent, operating fans... they're just LOUD.-Only has a 4-pin CPU power plug, a lot of newer processors/motherboards require the 8. I place together a HTPC on a budget and went with this Power Supply. I put decent funds into far better excellent QUIET technique and cpu fans... unfortunately for me, this power supply rendered these obsolete mainly because it is so very loud by itself. Even though it will void the warranty, I'm toying with the idea of opening this sucker up and replacing the fans for บ rather than spending ์-๠ to get an ultra-quiet PS that presents the similar set of connections. If you're on a budget and noise isn't a concern for you, and you want the bigger number of SATA power connections with no getting to deal with these molex convertors, then this is a wonderful PS for a develop your own program.

Very quiet, simple installation, and plenty of energy for my system. No troubles at the moment. No screws as others have pointed out. Not a problem if you simply reuse the ones from the old PSU (assuming you have one particular). Hoping it lasts. Seems like a lot of failures at this price tag point. We'll see.

Had what I needed. It is heavier then an older 400watt power supply from Diabloek that I have but it only had 1 SATA connector not three. Price is fantastic. three year warranty. The excellent in Diabloek has when a little less costly like the power cord's length or the "look and feel" of the PSU. When registoring the model number is PSDA250 due to the fact it is not on the PSU.

Cheap and works well so far for a budget develop. On/Off switch on the PS. Wires not protected with any sheathing and not quite a few cable ties keeping them intact but not a huge deal, just put some zip ties right here and there right after finishing the construct to maintain the case routing and individual cables good and clean. I wasn't expecting significantly for the low price tag other than it operating just mentioning it for someone else it could bother more than I.

It was an uncomplicated replacement, did have a tab on cabinet that had to be 'bent', but went in uncomplicated. Metal tab on my cabinet had to be bent. (not really visible) If you don't know what you are carrying out or if this is your very first time, be certain to label or map/write down each connection. Other than the "fear aspect" is simple for even a novice.

Fantastic price and it functions fine in one of my test bed boxes. LOLOL!! It screw up any AM radio plugged in to any socket on my entire property!! Garage, upstairs, downstairs....anywhere.....lol. If it is plugged in and switched on (computer can be off) you can kiss your AM goodbye. Kinda sucks but I'll live with it for now. I'll live with it for now but at some point this filthy signal has to be replaced with a superior energy supply. I listen to AM radio a lot!

Low-cost, up to 78% efficiency (according to the manual), operates well. The box came sealed, however the warranty sticker on the case of the PSU was broken. I figured I would make this evaluation as a reference in case I had to return the item. The PSU is supposed to have a 3-year warranty.

Inexpensive, rapid shipping Only worked for about an hour and only on 20-pin power connector motherboards (not on 24pin). Soon after about an hour, I couldn't get it to turn, and haven't been in a position to considering that. Sent in an RMA, and I'll write another evaluation when I get the new (and hopefully operational) power supply

It's a decent price. I was really surprised that it came 4 SATA connectors. Much better than my old power supply. Also, it's three years warranty, so why not to attempt! None

I basically bought this PS from an additional retailer, and essentially it does what it’s supposed to do. To be on the safe side, I tested the connectors just before connecting it up to my MB. The installation power-up encountered a problem and would not come up, but that was ultimately discovered to be due to faulty MB documentation which was subsequently corrected. This is one noisy PS. If I had to do it over again, I would have spent twice as considerably for a superior excellent unit. Remain away at any price.
