ENERMAX Apollish UCAP8-BL Case Fan
Cons:Not really much of a con, but although it's quiet, even at 15dB, I can still hear it.
Pros:Quiet; anodized blue; LED Comment:
I bought 4; 2 inside the PC and 2 in my cabinet powered by 12V power adapter. The 2 inside my PC are a little weak and don't seem to blow much air. It could be my 480W PSU is a little weak. |
Absolutely amazing. If you can pay the price, do it. I've never believed in comparing noise output for the fans coming from different companies, because they probably all have different ways to test it, since there's no regulation about it (at least, that's what it looks like). Therefore, I looked on forums and private websites and found this fan. When you gain power and cooling, you get more noise with it and in the end, between Enermax, Noctua and whatever other fan, it all comes to the same thing for most people.I wanted something as quiet as the comp could afford, and I've got powerful enough fans, with an incredibly durable technology and they can adjust their strenght (thus noise) automatically to the lowest possible, considering the heat of the computer at the moment. PerfectThey're jaw-droppingly beautiful (yes, it's now an official adjective).
