Can't play 1080p

Buyers beware! This card though based on Nvidia 8400GS and has 512Mb of memory is not able of playing 1080p. What a shame considering that other manufactures' card with the same chip set and amount of memory do play 1080p. Nvidia itself declares that 8400GS chip set is totally capable of playing full HD video and can confirm that with other cards. This one cannot. Ditto. Also low profile bracket is not included. What can you say? Cheap. |

Works as expected.

I've had this for almost a month and I've had no problems. It was one of the few 512MB cards that will fit into my PCIe available slot. My machine had been using some RAM for video processing, so this card completely eliminated that, effectively giving my machine more RAM. Windows games can be run on the machine. Effective card, no problems. |
EBGA makes video cards with cheap components. their cards won't last long.
