Still a performer
Comment:
Hardware id programs state it is still the old 65nm g92 revision A2. No diffrence between this and the stock clocked card except stock clocks. I own both clocked them the same and no diffrence in temps or performance. |

The card is a great product. great price. easy setup. if your a heavy gamer looking for those extra frames, not the card for it. example- fsx runs about 15-20 fps. not what i wanted it to be... |

Really Impressed
Comment:
I upgraded to this card from a Nvidia 8200 GT and The difference is incredible. I went from running WoW at 12-30 fps on lowest settings to running on average 90-110 fps with almost all the settings turned up. An amazing card for the value. |

2x9800 GT Running SLI Outstandingly Impressive!
Comment:
I bought two Running them side by side, They have Full performance capability on any game! It seems to work best with earlier driver versions as the newest one created conflicts with my Bios which resulted in Fractals. Rolled the video driver back and the problem went away, but that can be a common problem with SLI. temp does not exceed 65 degrees Celsius even when running full load with sufficient air cooling system. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card
Cons:Gets hot easily if case is does not have air circulating
Pros:Very efficient, clear and crisp graphic, fast FPS Comment:
Graphic card is fast and efficient. Graphic is very good. Very similar to the 250GTS core. It does cool off easily if there's fans around. I installed this in the HP desktop, it's been having a decreased temperature, maybe around 50-60C degree. |

Nice card, good price.
Comment:
I bought two of these, and so far they are running exceptionally well. Be advised tho, this card runs hot. After installing it my box temps went up 3-5 degrees. I would advise using the EVGA Precision program and setting the fan to run at no less than 45-50% at all times. I would also advise that you make sure you have room for this thing, its big full-height and long. |

Great all round card. I would have went with the EVGA GTX 275, but it wont fit in my motherboard.I would highly recommend this card. Its good low budget and works great. EVGA is awesome too. |

great card
Comment:
this thing is blazing fast! it will run crysis on all high and aax2 without lagging. and it will run every mmorpg out there on the highest settings without a tiny bit of lag. the mmorpgs i play are wow, eve, and second life, all running at max settings. this is a cool card too. due to my btx motherboard, this thing sits about 1/4 an inch away from my processor, so even with my processor heat directly hitting the card it still keeps good temps of 40 on idle and 71 on a full load, and thats with a stress tester, it never gets over 65 even when i play games like crysis. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card

Suprised!
Comment:
I enjoy using my new computer that I build. I have this card in a EVGA x58 3xSLI Classified Mother board and it runs like a dream. I set it up and with out installing the drivers the windows rating (on windows 7 RC1) was 6.0 for aero and gaming. I was a little sad to see after installing the most upto date driver that it kicked my performance down to 5.9. Either way it is still an amazing Card and I will be buying a second one in the future to add to my system. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card
Cons:Slow compared to new NVIDIA GTS and GTX cards
Pros:Uses only one slot width2 x Dual Link DVIGood Foldingthome performance about 2k-3k ppd Comment:
I needed a card with two dual link DVI ports for two 30" 2560x1600 monitors. This one fit the bill. It also ran Foldingthome much faster than the Radeon card I was previously using. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card
Cons:9800GTX is only 50 bucks away
Pros:Small sizeGood performance Comment:
I bought this card because I love the form factor. It is an odd decision because the PC I'm building already have a G45 onboard. But I "foreseen" the need of discreet video card and made the decision.I like the single slot, slim size of this card. It also has a solid track record. Although not the top of the line, it could certainly handle anything you might encounter in everyday digital life. Hey, not everybody plays Crysis everyday!Anyway this is still a good buy. But with NVidia playing the name game again and advertising instead of innovating, I doubt there will ever be another generation as successful as the G80 family. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card
Cons:the fan is LOUD.the fan exhaust points primarily at the harddrive racks
Pros:Plays everything I want to at respectable framerates with high settings.Good amount of headroom for overclockinglooks nice Comment:
it comes with all the accessories I need. After installation, I put in a fan to keep the harddrives cool and it worked fine after that. It's noisier than everything else in my case, but I suppose that's to be expected. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card
Cons:- Strange scary noise at first use but now fixed- Driver is often crashing with Vista
Pros:- Powerful- Affordable Comment:
I purchased my whole system at NCIX and when I plugged everything together and powered it up, there was a strange noise coming out of the case, strange and awful high-pitched noise. That was simply insufferable so I thought I would have no other choice than returning the faulty noisy device. I first thought it was the power supply but realized that the noise was changing when the image was changing so that was definately the video card. 2 days later, the noise disapeared and now the system is very quiet and the video card is AMAZING, I play Fear 2, Far Cry 2 and Left 4 Dead with maximum graphics and everythig goes smooth!Only thing negative I can say is that Windows Vista driver is crashing when checking video files and will sometimes crash when loading a game. Vista is able to recover the driver but it's a little annoying. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GT Superclocked Edition 512-P3-N977-TR Video Card
Comment:
but far the best i could have asked for. i run world in conflict, and any other game i have tried on max settings and no prob. A beast of a card and cant beat the price. sure you can go cheaper with a 9600 or even a 9500. but the difference is only about 45 to 50 dollars. And trust me when i say it is worth 10x that amount. The EVGA comes with the disk that already has all you download drivers and even a test program on it. took me 2 min to install and bingo. FULL POWER GAMING. i was going to go with a XFX 9800gt, but it dosnt have a auto fan to regulate when the fan need to slow down, this does. And i ordered the VC on a Wednesday and got it Thursday. Even tho i chose the 3 to 7 day shipping method. Thanks Tiger, you guys are a 10 in my book |
This was a great replacement for my 8800gtx that burned out. When I fist put it in I had to check that my computer was still running as it runs VERY quiet. Overall great card
