Works great in Pci-e 1 slot!
Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe My EVGA motherboard does not have a Pci-e 2 slot but from my research on the net Pci-e 2 cards are backwards compatible to the older Pci-e 1 card slot. You really don't need the added bandwidth of the Pci-e 2 slot as the 9000 generation of NVidia cards are not capable of exceeding the bandwidth of the Pci-e 1 slot by much if at all. I'm currently running Dragon Age and Call to Duty Modern Warfare 2 at 1920x1200 resolution with full on video settings flawlessly with this card, a 2.66 MHz Core 2 Quad CPU, 4 Gig of RAM on a 2 year old EVGA motherboard running Windows 7. |

Made this artist's life easier :)
Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe I am very pleased with this product I purchased. I work with a lot graphics intense programs and it has breathed new life to my EVGA SLI motherboard. It was easy to install and ready to go. I didn't even have to use the software included to get it to work. I should inform you guys that I already had an existing SLI card of the same 9800 series but different manufacturer. If you have a 9800 GTX of any brand, hook this card up and get ready for hours of intense video game playing or hours of graphics intense work! |

PhysX?
Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe Is this card PhysX compatible, I'm thinking of buying it for PhysX use on top of my GTX260. The profile on the card does not mention PhysX though. |

Amazing Card!
Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe This card is very good, runs cool(Although aftermarket thermal grease was used) about 45 at idle and 60 max on load. Still very good. But there is some drawbacs, the description said that the memory clock is at 2200 but on my PC it's about 1100. It might be my systems problem because i am still using P4 Hyper-thread 3.00 GHz. That might be the reason, but i am not sure. And also when i try run games on high resolution with effects off, it starts lagging. So anyway, I decided to temper with it. I removed the green sticker and now my card is black with 2 rounded white stripes. Look it up on google to see what i mean. Pretty damn cool. Another cool thing is that you can flash the cards BIOS and make it think that it is a GTS 250, also look it up on google. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe Card works great. Its not the best but its not the most expensive either. Look at the numbers and you'll know exactly what you're getting. Only thing worth mentioning was the card actually had only 1 6-pin pci-e power adapter on it, something for you SLIers to think about. |

Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe Came a day early and I opened it after working a 12 hour day and was dead tired, but I just had to see Crysis running on high settings with some livable fps. I was NOT disappointed! Running on all high with 4x AA @ 1680 x 1050 and never saw less than 38 fps when it got really, really busy. Hell, I can live with 24 fps, so this is just bonus. This beeotch is HUGE, HOT and HEAVY but also quite HEAVENLY. Yeah, it's big and my case is not and it's full of lots of hard drives but I found room and it likes its new home. Can't find this card anywhere now. It's like I bought the last one ever made or something. Weird. Don't know, but don't care, either. This baby is the she-i-izni-zizzle, yo! |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe This is a great card for the price, the 9800 chipset is blazing fast and adds a refreshing outlook to all of your games. With 70.4GB/sec. of memory bandwidth, 512MB of memory, and a fill rate of 43.2 Billion pixels it cant be beat. The only cons I have found is that the card takes up a lot of space in a machine, it just barely cleared the top of my chipset and sets snug behind my WD Raptor. You will lose two IO slots as well. Get the specific demotions of the card and measure before you buy. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe WOW, I looked up the part number for this card and for a like-card on New Egg. Turns out it's the SAME CARD, but they're charging 309 with a 'ten dollar instant off rebate', for a total of 299. But Tiger, here, has it for 269, plus I KNOW it will arrive at my house ONE DAY FASTER. Gee, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who has the better deal, here. In case you're curious, this is the GTX G92 card. !!yAy!! |

Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe Got this card the day of release for a brand new build, unfortunately got a DOA motherboard and didnt get this sucker working until 1 week ago. I upgrade my entire pc from 2.00 ghz amd x2 and a 7950gt on agp 8x to an intel q6600 and this 9800 gtx. the difference is astounding. at stock speeds on both i am able to play crysis on high getting 30 fps on average and rarely droppes below 25 at 1680x1050. COD 4 runs on max settings with 40-50 fps. unfortunately my card isn't overclocking too well, but i have been able to raise the core from 675 to 750, and have gotten an 1800 pt increase in 3dmark06. If your reading this review now, this is a great card for the price, but soon (june) nvidia is set to release the new gtx line, so if your looking to have the most powerful single card, wait a few weeks and get that (at more price). If you want high performance for a good price this is your card. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe I've owened EVGA made cards before, good quality. After pricing I went with them again and again with Tiger. The card is fast, good color reproduction, good texturing, plays all my games at best quality setting without a hiccup. 3DMark06 score was 67xx before install and 13,5xx after, nice! System: C2D E8500, Asus P5K2 Deluxe, 4 GB Kingston HyperX 1333MHz, Seagate Barracuda 400 GB/7200RPM. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe I didnt get this card from tiger but The first one i got was doa and the second one runs great. I have an older board and only run an AMD 2.4ghz dual core and I can now play crysis at medium settings with 2x AA, unreal tournament at max setting and COD4 on high with 4x AA. and this is at 1440x900. I dont regreat getting this cards. I could not imagine this thing with a better processor and 2.0 express motherboard. by the way, I love tiger direct. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512-P3-N871-AR Video Card
Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe The longest video card I've ever seen so far . The width and height is about the same with Nvidia 8800s version, but the length is about 3-4 inches longer. I have to completely rewires my Antec P180 case plus trash the middle hard drive container box to get it fit in, my SLI dream is over unless I buy a new full tower case, so beware. 3DMark is about 700 points more compare with my old 8800 GTS 640MB. Run cooler than my 8800 which also drop the case temperature down 4C . Will try to OC later. System specs: Abit P35 Pro, Q6600, G Skill 4Gig DDR2 6400, Corsair HX 620W. |

Comment:
EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe The performance at this price cannot be beat. The only problem is it's just an 8800GTS 512MB overclocked even more. If you need more power go with the 9800GX2, or even the 8800GTX or Ultra, You'll spend between $200 to $400 more but if you need the raw power, then it's well worth it. The 8800GT is still by far the best bang for the buck. This also adds a few new features the 8800GT and GTS512 dont have. Cant remember exactly what they are, pretty sure its just a better purevideo... which you have to buy anyway. |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe I give this card 5 stars, because is the coolest card I ve ever had, is cooler than the 8800GTS G92! As an 8800Ultra owner, this card was like night and day change, It idles at 38 and load 50, now thats cool. Its a superb overclocker, it overclocks to 800mhz like a breeze, taking more than 820mhz easily. Superb graphics card, pwns all games out there but crysis. THANKS TIGER AND NVIDIA U THE BEST!!! |

EVGA GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB GDDR3 PCIe Awesome Video card! I just got my 2nd for SLI. unning Crysis in very high settings. Just make sure you have adequate power. I had to disable several fans and my dvd drive to support 2nd card. And I'm running 800w. Looking for another powersupply to better accomidate. As for the previous mention why this card was unavailable. Apparently it's on backorder on the manufacturer's website. Guess there's a high demand for them and they keep selling out. Still great performance if you don't want to blow your money on the gx2! |
