Please keep in mind that judging by the duration of my ownership is extremley poor, and this is more of a literal first impression review.Absolutley amazing card, however I cannot be ensured of it's lifespan and future just yet. Only time will tellComparing the GTX 285 to my previous Card, the 8800GT, There simply is no competition, while it is quite obvious that a card that is 2 years older, and has 4 times the amount of video ram will obviously be better. There has not been a game that I have not been able to run at max settings so far, the 285 Laughs at everything I throw at it, Fallout 3, ArmA 2, Farcry 2, STALKER, GTA IV, It's almost sad how well this card performs. Although I do not reccomend pushing your luck, every card has it's limits. But it's really nice to have a card that doesn't sound like a jet engine taking off when you start playing a high performance game.It will be quite some time before this Card is outmatched.I give it a 9.5/10, half a point is subtracted due to the silly size problem, I didn't appreciate having to cut the back of my case with wire cutters, but the case needs to be replaced anyway.
