EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) FTW EE 01G-P3-1378-TR Video Card
Cons:- No Lifetime warranty from EVGA- Clock speeds not in game stable
Pros:- Significant upgrade from an 8800 GTS 512- Good for ~15K PPD in FuH- Got it on sale- Factory overclocked- Runs very cool- Very modest yet effective fan speed profile- Rips through BC2 like it's its job- Runs cool and quiet Comment:
Picked up this card on sale right after my old 8800 GTS 512 hit the ol' bit bucket. I can finally max out BC2 z 1680x1050! The card runs very cool and is surprisingly quiet. Note: Card was stable through burn in tests and such but would freeze up during gaming and I would be forced to reboot my machine. I lowered the core/mem clocks by ~25 MHz or so and it's been rock stable ever since! |

EVGA GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) FTW EE 01G-P3-1378-TR Video Card
Cons:
Loud Fan
Pros: 850MHz, 256 bit, Good Speed. Comment:
Recently bought this card to replace my ASUS AMD card. Much better in terms of quality. Runs at approx the same temp as my old one, but it caused my system's temperature to raise 2-3 degrees. Turns out that the External Exhaust is not such a big deal. Plus fan is running louder than others. I would suggest this to another, after all, this is a great video card that is already pre-overclocked. |
got it for $150 so no worries here
