this is a DLC or add-on to oblivion. adds a few new items and gameplay, but like all add ons, this is kind of short. i dont know if its worth the money unless you really are a fan of oblivion. |

The question is: Do you really need to add even more to the original Oblivion? If yes then get this as it'll greatly improve the original Oblivion, but without it you'll still totally enjoy the game. |
Shivering Isles is probably about the best addon content that was released for Oblivion, and really the only one worth buying. It adds many hours of gameplay to the original game, unlike the sad joke that the horse armour was.A whole island is added for you to explore, along with fun new quests and more baddies to defeat. Some of the humour added is along the lines of a Tim Burton film, so you've been warned.
