Cons:Slight problem with the focus. After being off for a while, when turning it on, the image is sometime slightly out of focus.
Pros:Impressive contrast and color rendition. This projector is quite silent, even in high intensity mode. |
Moving from an old SVGA InFocus projector, this is night and day. The fan noise is quite low. The color quality and contrast is amazing. A nice feature is the lens shift, you can put the projector pretty much anywhere and be able to center your image. You can go a long way with 1600 lumens, in a light controlled room, I am able to get acceptable intensity on a 150" diagonal projection. It is even possible to work with some lights on with a 130" diagonal projection. The frame interpolation feature can be impressive, but it is a hit and miss thing, with some movies it makes things worst.
