Cons:This bag will fall apart within HOURS, and I am not exagerating
Pros:The materials feel great, the style is great Comment:
The shoulder straps that you actually use to hold the bag to your back will rip off almost instantly. They are shoddily attached to the bag, and it is a critical flaw for this product.The issue is that the threading for the shoulder straps is poorly stitched and will cause the straps to rip off of the bag. This happened the first time I used the bag.I emailed customer service and they had me send them "proof" that the bag was broken, which I did. They sent me a new "upgraded" bag (upgraded, meaning that it did not fall apart)NCIX is selling the shoddy first run of these bags for a bargain price. The truth is truth is that you will have to get a replacement for this bag almost instantly and your REAL bag will arrive in a week. Sorry. |
