Fractal Design Define R2 XL Titanium E-ATX Tower Silent Computer Case 4X5.25 10X3.5INT USB3.0 No PS
Cons:None.
Pros:Heavy, and spacious. It comes with 3 fans and a box of over 100 pieces of screws and rubber spacers..Excellent quality control and design. Comment:
I have already assembled a Sabertooth m/b in a brand new Antec One case but found the case is too tight. By comparison, this board is spacious and well worth the additional cost. |

Fractal Design Define R2 XL Titanium E-ATX Tower Silent Computer Case 4X5.25 10X3.5INT USB3.0 No PS
Cons:-Top harddrive cage cannot fit a standard 3.5" harddrive-Fan filter not easily removable for washing
Pros:-Build Quality-Price when on sale Comment:
This is a great case for a relatively silent build. I used this as a file server (upgrade from Antec P280), added an additional front 140mm fan for a positive air pressure configuration (3 140mm intake, 1 140mm exhaust), all on 7V using the built in fan controller. Even with 11 3.5" harddrives, the noise is quite acceptable. I really wish the fan filters were easier to remove for cleaning. The only other small complaint is that the very top tray of the upper harddrive caddy is just a tiny bit too short to support a full sized 3.5" harddrive, fits a 2.5" SSD easily though. |
its a lot lager then my old case its got mass room for all kinds of motherboards and most psu's and cable management is boom way easy in this case so much room I cant say room enough tho and im using a a10-6800k with a asus mobo f2a85-m csm , 16 gig of ddr3 corsair 1866 mem >.< need better hd and psu tho still rocking the 6 year old hd from old pc and psu but ill get to it when I can afford it
