Fractal Design Define R3 Titanium ATX Mid Tower Silent Computer Case 2X5.25 8X3.5INT USB3.0 No PS
Cons:- The rubber holders on for cable management as well as the hard drive trays come off very very easily- Only one USB3 port available on the front of the case- The power supply cable management hole is too small, I had to be careful with it
Pros:- Beautifully Designed, no crazy airport lights and suitable in a office environment-Comes with a nice package filled with screws, fan controller, brackets instead of being stuck with a plastic bag- Roomy and has room to grow with several hard drive brackets- Very quiet and has an external fan connector- The front finish is very nice- 5.25" Drive bay panel is very easy to remove- Dust filters! You gotta love them |

Fractal Design Define R3 Titanium ATX Mid Tower Silent Computer Case 2X5.25 8X3.5INT USB3.0 No PS
Cons:I have had no issues with this case. I can feel it could be fragile if i got rough with it. W/C and cable management grommets loose so either pull em out or glue them in.
Pros:Sleek, Sharp design, Sound Proofing is a great plus. Exactly what I wanted. Comment:
I wanted a sleek case, I got exactly what i wanted and more, well detailed and fully painted interior. Sound dampening on side panels, and top panel. 4x 120mm, 4x140mm, 1x50mm, and a GTX 680 and it still runs nearly silent. On the down side, I feel some of the plastic parts are of a low standard. front fan doors seem... flimsy. I broke the 3.5" drive bay face plate already :S |

Beautiful case, multiple colours to choose from. I chose this for a friend's build because he wanted something he could quickly put many drives in and out of.I was disappointed that this case offers no SATA backplane for inserted drives, so despite the fact that the side-mount quick-release drive trays are great, you still end up having to remove the right side panel to change the wiring, or leave a bunch of slack in your cables so the drives can be pulled out with the cables still attached. Apparently this is common with cases in this price range, which is really unfortunate considering the otherwise great design and build quality. |

Fractal Design Define R3 Titanium ATX Mid Tower Silent Computer Case 2X5.25 8X3.5INT USB3.0 No PS
Cons:The wiring is quite cheap.
Pros:It's a good quality case with a lot of space for hdds and holes for cable management.Excellent service from Fractal Support for replacement of parts.Silent Comment:
Overall, I'm quite happy about my purchase despite the few problems I had with the case. The wiring was cheaply made but Fractal Support North-America agreed to replace it at no charge. The case is nicely design and I'd recommend. |
I have this case as well as the Antec P280, I find the P280 case easier to work with because the holes for cable management are bigger and the fans that come along with it as well as integrated fan control. The fan control included with this case is kind of flimsy and looks like it was cheaply put together, other than that it looks very professional and has a nice interior with a smooth finish. It would be nice if they included more fans like the P280.
