Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Cons:Only minor complaint would be that I wish there were a few more grommets for cable management, but the amount that are in there is totally fine.
Pros:Great paint, good sound cancellation, good air flow, good cable management. Comment:
Got it on sale for $80, probably the best case you can get for that type of money. Really good quality overall and no major complaints. |

Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Cons:paint seems fragile, got here with a few really minor paint dings.
Pros:Solid, sleek, cable management is easy, quiet, etc Comment:
Simply a great case, transferred my system from my Antec 302 to my Antec 1200 v2 to this case and man, it was much much easier. Paint is tough, fans are ok. |

Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Cons:Slim panels
Pros:Awesome case, great looks Comment:
I just grabbed this case today and transferred my system from Haf XM. I like how it looks and the added noise dampening materials is a bonus. The only thing I do not like is the fact that the panels aren't thick enough especially the top one. Need to make beefier panels so it doesn't feel flimsy. Also needs better fans. Other than that it is a nice case. |

Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Cons:- Space can be tight for water cooling ( no 280 rad without modification)
Pros:- Quiet- Looks great- Well thought out plans Comment:
I replaced my ageing but reliable p180 with this.Build quality is great, metal everywhere and the front door is made to look like a gloss metal. The dampening on the sidewalls and door are great. What I like most about this case though is the flexibility and foresight. The bottom harddrive cage is removable / customizable. You can unscrew it from the bottom and shift it to the back of the case by about 10mm or enough to fit a water cooling rad, even the H100 in the front, or move the cage all the way and cover up one of the 120mm fan vents. The harddrive cage mounts on any 120mm fan slot in fact. The power light is red, which may bother some people. Looking at how it's assembled, it's screwed in individually which makes for an easy case mod to get a new light in there. Most other cases glue their components there, but here, each component is screwed in separately. The honey comb mesh you see around all the fan ports allow you great freedom in mounting just about anything there. You can shift a 240 radiator up top and mount there as well.Mnpctech did a great review from a modders point of view, and disassembles the case in the 25minute video http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vwgVA6_xIis |

Fractal Design Define R4 with Window Arctic White Silent ATX Mid Tower Case
Cons:-A bit on the heavy side
Pros:-Quiet-Performs well-Lot of drive compartments-Plenty of wire management space Comment:
Bought this to replace my Antec 300 and there are some considerable differences. For one thing, much heavier compared to the 300 but partly that is because of the padding on both the R4's panels to dampen the noise. I can barely hear it running at times and only when gaming does it ramp up. It's wider so there is is more room at the back of the motherboard for those who want to have a nice looking case without the hassle finding places to hide their wires. |
This is pretty much a must purchase if you're planning on building a silent PC. It has an easy to take off dust filters and intake fan mounts. Bought this for $90 on sales.
