very quiet, which is nice for small fans. as such, you don't get great flow:pressure ratios. they should make these in a thicker size. sleeving's a nice touch for the price, the screws strip easily though.

Picked two of these up for ~$5.00 each to replace some 10,000 RPM 40mm fans in a 1U Watchguard Firebox that I am restoring. The fans are much quieter. Can't really say anything bad about it.
