I bought it a week ago, everything work like a charm, Now Im just waiting that the price drop  more to buy a few other ram stick =)Timing is almost as good as my old OCZ one, and anyway, timing is not as important has it was a few years before. And as a few have noticied, the speed will not change from a 800, or a 1066 will not have such a huge impact. Right now, all I need is enough ram to run all my huge applications at the same times, games already run perfectly on 800mhz, no need to go any further.
