G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:None
Pros:Price, 4 gb DIMMs Comment:
While the styling of the heat spreaders are a little aggressive for my taste, G.skill delivers again. A great no nonsense 8 GB DDR3 kit for very little cash. Just pop it in and it works. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:none
Pros:No bling bling heatsink. Low voltage. Comment:
Low profil heatsink keep the space open for high riser CPU heatsink. XMP was loaded without problem on a P8Z68-V PRO GEN3. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:- My computer takes 3 more seconds to the bios screen
Pros:- Easy to install- Looks good- Doesn't interfere with other parts- Loads programs a second faster (compared with my old 1333MHz ram) Comment:
This RAM was easy to install on my Asus Maximus III Gene. However, it sets the frequency to 1333MHz, so I just had to go into the BIOS menu and change it to 1600MHz (very easy to do). I maxed out at 16GB (bought two sets of these), and I am loving it. So much more memory, and I notice that programs open a split second faster than they did with my old 1333MHz ram.The only issue is that my computer takes about 3 seconds longer to start up (that is, to get to the BIOS screen). Other then that, this is a great set. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:None yet
Pros:Stability price Comment:
installed this on Crosshair Formula V and it worked to spec without a glitch. The anodized heat spreaders are a great match for the mobo's heatsink and at a little over $100 for 16GB whats not to love.Have not done any overclocking yet so not sure how they perform there. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:It's not a .50 cal rifle :PMaybe the product packaging could be improved?
Pros:It runs everything as I wanted it to run and betterIts low profile, at least imo, and I doubt an after-market CPU cooler will have troubles with room for this ram Comment:
Great product.I figure 8gb is enough for just about anything. You technically can get the same performance from 4gb if you game, even with crysis. I figure I'll be programming and using Photoshop a lot so I wanted 8gb |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:Non
Pros:-Easy to install-Looks good-plug and play Comment:
Bought these with my 2600k and Z68 mobo, plugged them in and posted no problem. Only thing required was to enable the XMP profile to get the advertised timings but that was easy. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:-None
Pros:-Cheap!-Black Comment:
Has not let me down yet, good price for 8gb of ram. If you have some extra cash maybe look at something with better timings, but for 90% of users out there, this is the solution. Looks better than the red heat sink in most cases / set ups. Will be recommending this for a couple friends. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:None
Pros:Low profileUnique heat sink design Comment:
Upgraded to 16GB with these - cause I can. Lower profile than the Corsair Vengenance, doesn't interfere with the CPU Fan/Heatsink. Recognized at the 1.5V settings automatically at the 1600 speed on a Asus Maximus III Gene MB. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:Factory clock 1366 (i think?)
Pros:Good looking (if that matters), detected no problem, fits under Noctua nhd14 Comment:
It's ram, it was detected no problems. The factory clock was 1366 (I believe) on an Asus p67 pro. I don't know if that is the mobo overriding or not but it was easily clocked to 1600 with no issues. These will fit under the Noctua NH-D14 but the one fan had to be recessed slightly - could be an issue with anyone doing builds where the d14 *just* fits. (I'm using a haf 912 for reference).I'll get another 8gb when it goes on sale again ~75... the ram does look pretty f-ing cool. Would give it a 5 but I can't say it's one of the best sets ever. It does what it is supposed to. |

G.SKILL F3-12800CL9D-8GBSR Sniper SE 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 1.5V Memory Kit
Cons:None
Pros:Well priced fast reliable memory Comment:
Put these in my latest build and had no problems. It past memory test while running at 1600 and my computer running fast and without error. I would highly recommend especially when it goes on sale. |
Purchased this for a build for a friend using the promo combo of the MSI Z77A-GD55 & i5 3570k processor. I had no issues with the ram and just had to configure the BIOS to run it at the advertised speed. Picked up the correct timings right away.I had an almost identical build for my system and opted for the Patriot 8gb DDR3 2133 kit since it runs at faster speeds, I haven't ran any tests to compare performance however. I'd still recommend this kit.
