Not the fastest drive of its kind,if you're into extreme preformance. For the ordinary user, it's the best hardware change you can make to upgrade your pc experience.I installed Win 7 on this drive. My old Opteron 165 feels like a supercomputer.I'm hooked on SSD for life! |

I think this is probably a good purchase for somebody who doesn't need the bleeding edge performance of the always out of stock Intel G2, but wants to benefit from the vast improvement of SSD over traditional HDDs. Though this doesn't mean much, Windows Experience index rated the drive at 7.3. I have 4x1TB WD Green drives and use the Falcon as a boot drive + programs. TRIM enabled, which makes this purchase more future-proof than it's non trim alternatives.Boot time for me was 15s, once the BIOS is past the AHCI screen. I am running a Q6600 stock with 2x1GB DDR2 RAM. |

- Still pricey for 64GB of storage, especially with the new more-affordable Kingston line of SSDs- A $100 cheap Seagate Raid setup gets about a 40% faster transfer rate
Pros: - Fast- Loads Windows 7 in just 17 seconds (the time it takes to hit the desktop)and my autostarts sprung up automatically in less than a split second- Slightly less pricey compared to other 64GB SSDs Comment:

Glad I bought this instead. Everything loads like instantly. Even after taxes spending like $239, I'm still satisfied. If this were more like in the 120- 150 range, I'm sure there will be a lot more buyers. |
It is a great solid state drive and should serve well especially where there is physical risk from bumping, or other physical impact.Reasonable capacity but still expensive compared to regular Hard drives.
