Cons: NO included screw driver, very little accessories for assembly

Pros: Fairly silent, stylish design, includes thermal paste

Comment:
This is a good CPU heatsink and is fairly silent. I had issues installing it as the back plate wouldn't be held securely until you get the last mount screws installed. However other might find it easier. Overall, this is a fairly effective CPU FAN. It's not meant for overclockers. I would recommend this fan but at a forty dollar CDN price point, it's difficult to recommend over the coolermaster Hyper 212
