I have been struggling with this product for about 10 months now, and my warranty is almost up. I have received ZERO usability from this product AT ALL. Enclosure does not recognize drive capacities properly, and formats to half, or one quarter the appropriate size for the drives I'm using. Can't get it to work, and then error lights start blinking on the front of the device. It took support EIGHT MONTHS to replace the device, which required about 40 emails on my part, they would only reply to 1 in 4, and most replies were UNHELPFUL. Replacement device behaves exactly the same. Now, the manufacturer insists the replacement was

Very solid construction, but mine was dead within hours. It will not boot to it's internal OS anymore and just sits there and spins the drives.
