I don't like these as much as

I had a Plantronics CS50 that the battery was not holding a charge. I inquired on a replacement battery but they wanted $40 for the stinking thing. The Plantronics unit was years old so I decided it best to just buy a new GN9125 instead. The GN9125 has a continual hiss in the ear piece that drives me nuts. I had bought 10 of the GN9125's for my office cowokers so I had others to try. They're all the same. Also, I had one of the GN9125's malfunctioning out of the box and had to return it. The bottom line is that I was more satisfied with the Plantronics CS50.
