GOOD VALUE, GOOD SPECS FOR THE PRICE, BUT 4 WEEKS LATER NO WAY TO USE INTERNET. CALL FOR SUPPORT TO MY SUPPLIER AND NOTHING. TRY TO INSTALL ANOTHER LAN CARD: Neeee. CHANGE BIOS SETTINGS: STILL NOTHING. DECIDED TO LET IT AS A KIDS PC FOR MOVIES. BAD EXPERIENCE

Immediately loaded Windows 7 64 bit Home Premium and it has worked flawlessly since. Very quiet. Easily upgraded with larger hard drive(s). On-board graphics is ok, but for gaming, etc. consider a pci-e add on. Overall, it's dependable, quiet, and great value for money.

Wonderfully fast and capable. Love the large memory and hard drive. Will get used to the 64 bit op system. The refurb description was almost misleading--box seemed as new. Features not at the top since it came with Vista instead of Windows 7, but this is fairly minor. Great machine at great price.

This refurbished Gateway has great features that worked for about a 3 weeks after it was delivered. The Windows Vista operating system crashed and it had to be sent back to Revonate Manufacturing, the refurbish company, at my cost ($65). It has been 2 weeks since it was shipped to them an it is finally shipping back today.

This was a wonderful deal on this PC. It runs great and has all the extra power you would expect. I know the E5200 Intel is a little older but it is still a great running dual core and you can't beat the price for a machine with 6gb of ram.

I bought this computer 3 months ago and am very pleased with it. The only thing that I would change if I could is give it a longer warranty. I personally think this copany should cover it with a longer warranty. I've done a lot of business with them and have always been pleased. Anytime I had questions they've been very prompt in getting back with me. This is my 2nd desktop that I've purchased from them not to mention a 32 inch LCD Vizio TV and other things. I've always received my orders quickly. They are great people to do business with.

I am very pleased with this system. It has speed,it's quite and will do every thing I want it to do and it being refurbisher just means that what ever was wrong is fixed.

Needed written info or where you can get it as gateway is nomore. Runs fast and i put in windows 7 pro. It is a recommended upgrade by me. Just forget about the installed programs & put in your own.

Fast machine with plenty of memory, a fast and silent h.d. that handles Windows 7 ultimate with ease. Just wish it had more USB ports either in the back or on top and NOT in the front panel.

This is my 2nd Gateway desktop computer and it's great. You just cannot beat them on their prices. They're quick to get your order out to you and they're extremely quick to answer any questions you might have. I would reccommend them to anyone. I've been buying from them for about 2 years now. And I plan to continue to in the future.

I only flaw I find is that the hard drive is too noisy. Other than that is a very fast system.

Three days after its arrival the operating system committed suicide. The marvelous system recovery could not finish the job it was there to do. I bought a real install disk and got it going again. For a couple of weeks. Then the random freezeups started. I thought I had that fixed, but less than a week later it is at it again. I have had old junkers given to me that were less trouble. Right now the computer is lying on its side with the case open and some parts removed for a diagnostic run. I hope to hit the submit button before it freezes again.
