Purchased this cable to find a cheap way to connect my computer's audio to my tv and it worked pretty well. Hooked up the computer using this and a s-video cable and I was suprised the audio sounded pretty good even though this was a generic cable. Probabaly will use this for other purposes as well, quite versatile. |

For what I paid and what I got, this is an excellent cable. I have a receiver that I use as my computer speakers as well as a recording device (I've been putting my dad's vinyl albums on CD for him) but it's pretty far away from my computer, so I needed a long cable. I had tried making one, but it didn't work very well, so I gave up and bought this. Well worth the money, even if it lacks gold-plated ends (which are useless, IMHO.) I plan on buying a second just so I don't have to move cables when I go to record next. |

Got this one for a friend to connect his computer to his HiFi. It hasn't got gold-plated connectors nor is it shielded but it works just fine. Recommended. |
I just got back from picking up the Y audio cable from NCIX Richmond and tried hooking up my MP3 player to my home stereo. Success ! It also worked from my laptop and docking station to my stereo. I can't believe the avenues it opens for a mere $4.70 with tax. Awesome !
