good deal to add esata and it comes with the external cables as well. works great. I never checked speed, but it should not hinder because it's basically just an extension cable. |

First off I purchased this in order to be able to use eSATA for my external hard drives. It works BUT I don't find it transfers as fast as my other eSATA ports which is a major downside for me because speed is everything in my industry. these are the coolest thing ever the best way to attacha hard drive to your computer with oput haveing to open it and fishing out a sata and sata power cable, i bought 4. i wish that motherboards came with these things they all should!
