This is the cheapest FM2 board that had the features that I wanted: USB 3.0, internal header for my front USB 3.0 ports and an HDMI out. Not overclocking so I can't comment on the potential there, but this would be a solid budget FM2 board.Would've been nice if it had hybrid crossfire, but AFAIK it doesn't. Not a big deal considering the price I paid.
