I got this motherboard for a modest spec. business computer, and so far it's met expectations.Good:- Small, as you'd expect from a mATX board.- Very reasonably priced.- Latest chipset.- A variety of on-board video outputs.- Comes with enough USB 3.0 ports for, probably most people.- In spite of being small, can still run a dual GPU setup.- UEFI BIOS.Bad:- No eSATA port.This is only the 2nd Gigabyte motherboard I've ever bought, and obviously, at this point in time, I have no idea about the board's longevity, but if the features, and specs, along with the size, are what you're looking for, I wouldn't hesitate to get one of these. I got this board in spite of the lack of eSATA(which seems to be the case with most, or all, of the boards in this class, with this chipset), because I figured for the intended purposes, USB 3.0 could make up for that one missing feature, and this board also fit into the budget I had to work with.

I've owned this motherboard for about a week, and seems to be working perfectly, however the BIOS is pretty restricted when it comes to overclocking, I understand that this is an entry level motherboard, however companies likes ASUS and MSI provide the ability to change vcore on their entry level boards..I have bought primarily Gigabyte boards in the past, and slowly I'm noticing that Gigabyte is removing or restricting BIOS features..My recommendation would be If you want to push your Processor to the max on a entry level board, then you should go with MSI or ASUS..Next time I'm probably going to go with ASUS..

Paired this with an i5 2500 and 8GB of Corsair RAM and it works without any issues. Love the fact that it has an onboard USB 3.0 header which many (or all?) z68 boards lack.Has all the features I need and was just over $100. Highly recommended for low to mid/high-end builds and would work great as a HTPC board.
