I have been using HP media since I bought my first DVD burner. Never a bad disk. Not to say I don't burn an occasional coaster, but it is usually due to a virus or failing dvd burner. Burns very fast with the ts-h662a burners...Ive cooked one at 20x. Great media.

I used a lot of different brands of dvd rs and and sooner or later ran into a problem either with flawed discs, ones that would not format, or ones that would not play on a friend's machine. Well, not with these HP dvd r discs. Once I found them, I have never looked back. They work like a dream all the time, and the dvd plusr is lightning fast to format. They're hard to find in a store so I load up on the 100 pack from Tiger at a good price.

Although I haven't had good luck with the software that supports HP printers and scanners, these disks performed flawlessly. 100 out of 100 with no errors on a Philips set top DVD recorder. They are on my top choice list of blank media. Their CDs perform equally well.

I am now on my third pack of these specific CD-R's and I have only had one CD fail to burn (I use a combination of Nero and Clone DVD).

These had a successful burn rate of only 20% on my laptop. I have never had a problem with other brands. I contacted HP about the problem and spent 3 hours talking to India. Never got anywhere. Got transferred more times than I could count. Even got transferred to a number no longer in service. I would never buy another HP product. Save your sanity and buy a reputable product.

I have recorded about 50 or 60 so far with no errors. I used Memorex dvds before these and quite frequently I got BURN FAILED! I'll be stickin with these.

I use these to download movies from TCM, using a Philips DVD player. I purchased a stack of 100 disks, of these 17 would not record. I have now gone back to Verbatim, of which I have never had a bad disk.

I got a hundred and am back for 200 more. If they weren't the best I've ever encountered, I would not have bought so many nor would I have written this review. Something about seeing my review posted be it good or bad gives these reviews a lot of creditability.
