Even after replacing the dead battery the computer will not keep the correct time even when it's plugged in. Called the support number and got an answerng machine. Don't you think a refurb machine would have the battery and BIOS clock checked? Update: Lack of customer support was probably due to the holidays. I received a replacement in record time and this one seems like it's solid as a rock.

I need good fast but simple machines as cheap as possible for my company. So far I have placed 4 orders for 10 each time. I have not had one issue or one bad one out of 40 so far. Performance is great, quality is good, shipping is fast. For my average users desktop I can not beat this deal anywhere else.

Great buy, for my sons first computer. Hard drive is a bit noisy, but the computer runs great. Looks like new and the shipping was very fast.
