***First off, I'd give this 1 out of 5 for a review, but since I bought them through my corporate account with NCIX, my order ID is not accepted for reviewing items unless I want to rate it 3 out of 5 or greaterI'm the IT manager at my work. I normally custom build all the PC's for my work with no issues. All of our users have 2 monitors at their PC and these claim to support up to 3 monitors. I was talked into buying 3 of these instead of building 3 new PC's at a slightly higher cost per unit. I won't be talked into prebuilt PC's again. We've had issues with all 3 in less than 6 weeks of use. Two of them have minor issues whereas one has a major HDD failure.If they worked consistently, they'd be great PC's on a budget given the components used. We have dual monitors connected to each of these PC's via VGA port and Display Port. On 2 of these PC's, the VGA connection completely disappears at random and the monitor has to be disconnected and reconnected to restore the display (either physical disconnection or via Screen Resolution window). On the 3rd of these PC's, the Seagate Barracuda 500GB HDD completely died in less than 6 weeks of light use. It does not spin anymore when connected to any PC. I have to take this through HP warranty now. 3 PC's bought and I've had problems with all 3 in less than 6 weeks. Not a recommended purchase for a business.
