IOGEAR Wireless Media Hub SD/USB and Built-in Power Station
Cons:When streaming media with PC and playbook the playbook does not allow me to advance movie ahead until I disconnect PC. May be a result of bandwidth issue of playbook as PC does allow me to advance movie.After firmware upgrade my have issue with batter charge indicator being incorrect.
Pros:Tested streaming media to 2 devices so far PC & a BB Playbook.Worked out of box prior to firmware upgrade. |
Allows me to stream media to wifi devices .Setup fairly easy but firmware upgrade requires a memory device connected to it first otherwise you get error not enough memory to upgrade . This was not mentioned in upgrade firmware manual.Nice compact device but would be nice to be able to add defined users but appears not to be a requirement.info in manual does not state how to tell when battery is charged .After firmware upgrade I was unable to tell if battery was charged as a fully charged unit should indicated a solid green led on abut mine does not.I will upgrade from satisfactory after a week or more of use if I resolve any issues I have found. Tech support with IOGEAR is prompt.
