Intel 320 Series SSDSA2CT040G310 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Cons:If you are used to SSDs, the performance might be a real "Meh".

Pros:Expensive but reliable. If this is your first SSD, you will love it!
Comment:
t least it retained its resale value. Using NTFS in Win7, the drive will only tally up to 37.17GB.I used this SSD in my mom's notebook and it's perfect for her since she only uses Skype and Word. After a year of usage she still have over 10GB of free space left (pagefile and hibernation turned off).

Intel 320 Series SSDSA2CT040G310 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Cons:None since in my opinion warranty and reliability is worth the higher price.40gb might not be enough for you

Pros:Intel reliability was a key factor in my purchase5 year warranty
Comment:
I loved this drive. It's my first SSD ever and the most noticeable improvement is noise. I use it as my boot drive and it's not only quicker than my WD caviar black, it's silent. Trim support with the Intel SSD toolbox is very simple since it allows you to perform tests and TRIM yourself. Haven't had a single problem with this drive since I purchased it. It already came with the latest firmware if I recall correctly. As I said, 40gb is really limited IF you don't plan ahead. All my steams games are on a separate hard drive with my other games and that's mandatory.I now have 19gb free and that's with hibernation disabled and no system restore. And I'm using openoffice since I think office 2011 might be even bigger in size.

Intel 320 Series SSDSA2CT040G310 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Cons:Write speed could be better

Pros:Faster than the previous gen5 years warranty
Comment:
This is the perfect drive for an HTPC, especially when all your data resides on a NAS. Once Windows 7 is trimmed it only weight 8-9G which left tons of space for my apps. My new Acer Veriton N282G was slow as hell with his default 5400RPM HDD, it is the complete opposite right now. On sale at 85$ it was also well priced.

Intel 320 Series SSDSA2CT040G310 2.5" MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Cons:None

Pros:Fast, silent, runs cool, easy to setup, no weirdness (yet)
Comment:
I just got one of these on sale for $80 and put it in my MSI U210. I am using Win 7 and everything just worked out of the gates. Silent, runs cool, faster than my old stock drive. I am very happy with the upgrade - makes my Netbook perform like my work laptop when it was pretty unbearably slow before. Because I don't need much space on my netbook I'm happy with the 40gb (I have used 14gb for the OS and a few apps and I still have 23gb free).
