Intel 520 Series 120GB 2.5IN SSD MLC 25nm SATA3 Solid State Disk Flash Drive OEM
Cons:none
Pros:Reliable. Fast. Good size. Comment:
Bought this to replace my good old X-25M 80GB drive which I got since release and its been as stable as a tank ever since. I gave it to my father for his new PC and I had to get a good reliable drive for myself. This Intel 520 was the choice and I don't regret it. Works flawlessly, no issues at all. Really glad that I got it. If reliability is priority, get this. |

Intel 520 Series 120GB 2.5IN SSD MLC 25nm SATA3 Solid State Disk Flash Drive OEM
Cons:Slightly more expensive than other SSD's BUT, worth the money!
Pros:6GB/s transfer rate.Fast read & write.Great support and quality from Intel. Comment:
This is my second Intel 520 Series 120GB SSD. The first one I purchased over a year ago.If you've finally decided to give an SSD drive a try, then I highly recommend the 520 series 120GB drive. It's still affordable with enough space to install Windows 7/8 with your apps and still have some room left.It may be priced higher than other SSD drives out there ($ per/gb) however, know you're getting amazing quality and durability out of an Intel branded SSD drive.I received the hard drive within 2 days using NCIX's express shipping option. |

I am impressed with the speed of this drive, huge improvement. Got running at full speed 6Gb/sec, AHCI, Win7 64bit. There are cheaper/larger ssd's out there but I wanted reliability and no hassles and I wasn't disappointed. |

Transfered system boot drive in 7 mins. from an older corair SSD with intel utility (Acronis). Rebooted to new drive and windows baseline went from 5.3 to 7.3 on SATA2 channel (Win 7 Pro). Will baseline with new MB on SATA3.Will also try in RAID_0 and AHCI configurations. |

Pros:Fast as all get out Comment:
Can't really say I've used it for a long time but the time I've spent with this drive has been good. Fast startup times (20 seconds from power to web browsing roughly), fast windows install (well under 10 minutes). Now if only I could store all my media on it then it would be perfect. |

Cons:None so far
Pros:Good price when it's on sale. Good quality. Fast SSD Comment:
Great quailty Intel product and reasonably priced at ~$110. It is one of the fastest 120G SSD on the market right now. The drive comes with mounting screws but it would be nice if it also comes with a mounting bracket. The SSD tools that you can download from Intel are handy as well |

Cons:Capacity/Price
Pros:FastReliableLight Comment:
This thing is a beast for such a price. It loads window 7 in a few seconds. Although it is a fast SSD, it was a pain to install windows 7. In addition, it doesn't come with a 3.5 bracket. Overall the performance is totally insane in Sata3 6gbps mode. |

Cons:Very expensive compared to other manufacturers, ;empty wallet-syndrome
Pros:Fast boot timeVery durable, drop it, it's all good :)sleek silver design. Comment:
Doesn't look good in my obsidian 800D (black), although performs one of the best SSD's out there, cream of the crop. Intel has made enormous efforts to make the best of the best. Outstanding performance versus a mechanical HDD, although comes at a hefty price. |
