Cons: - Both north and south bridges run *very* hot, I had to attach a heat sink to the south bridge.- Small components (resisters?) surround the mounting holes for the CPU coolers, be very careful when applying aftermarket (non-stock) CPU cooler

Pros: Great little mobo for a small 24x7 server
