Cons:Included OEM fan can be noisy.

Pros:Great price on sale.Runs stable and cool

Bought this CPU to add a little more pep to my aging system (E5200 on an Asrock P45XE motherboard. There has been a small but noticeable improvement in boot and response times using Win7 Premium.I threw away the OEM fan in favour of my old Freezer 7 fan. Temperatures on the CPU rarely rise above 39 C.Windows 7 WEI went from 6.0 on both the CPU and memory to 6.5.I am happy with the end results but maybe should have saved up some more dollars to invest in a SSD boot drive :)
