Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:None
Pros:Price, great for HTPC Comment:
I paired this with an Asus P8H77-i motherboard for my media file server. It works very well, and its integrated GPU can play my 1080p mkv files with no problems. |

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:Only dual core.
Pros:Great bang for the buck, good choice for an HTPC. Comment:
I paired this CPU with an H61 board in an HTPC and it is just perfect. The built-in Intel graphics play 1080p video without any stuttering, and the Windows 7 Aero animations run smoothly. I can't even hear the stock cooler, even in a quiet bedroom. At regular price, I might have leaned more toward an i3, but on sale or price-matched, you can't go wrong with this deal. |

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:None
Pros:Price, Quiet Comment:
Well for an entry level CPU, it get's the job done! At this price, I can complain much and it's good enough for gaming at 720p. Would buy again! |

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:- Nothing really.
Pros:- Intel Sandy-Bridge architecture.- Cheap- Quiet w/ Low power consumption Comment:
This is a very good entry level CPU. Get a bunch of performance for a low price. My only issue with this is that the G530 performs almost as well as this one, but can be bought for $40. |

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:None
Pros:Cheap, yet powerful enough Comment:
If you are looking for a cheap processor on a recent-enough platform, look no further. While it is not at the level of an i3, it gets the job done. I mainly use it for light encoding on a file server/htpc and it never had problems.I wouldn't get this for gaming, for any day-to-day operations, this is more than enough. Paired with a Gigabyte H67M-D2-B3 and a stick of 4GB of RAM, this is just perfect. Plus I was able to PM it for 68$.I would definitely buy again. |

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:Pas overclockable.

Intel Pentium G620 2.6GHz LGA 1155 65W Dual-Core Desktop Processor
Cons:Not multi-threadedNo turboboostNot overclockable
Pros:Cheap Sandybridge CPUFast Comment:
Bought this CPU to go with my ASUS H61 itx motherboard. Needed a decent speed CPU with a small form factor motherboard to build a mini PC for programming. Also using a Kingston 64GB ssd with a tower heatsink on a Minibox case to passively cool my CPU so there's no noise. |
Works great for my parents PC for web browsing and basic stuff.
