Cons:doesnt seem to flex very well, almost feels like you will compromise the cable trying to bend it. Otherwise no other cons, connectors are protected and nicely made! :D

I have not often used the ION cat6 cables, but now that I have I would continue using them for sure, they are durable, and comparable in quality to many more expensive cables. |

These are great standard cat6 network RJ45 cables. No bad cables in any of the bunch I ordered. Really, nothing much to say about them - they're inexpensive and yet not cheap network cables, if you get my meaning. |

The color options are handy so you can quickly see what's what (different sku for each color). Aside from the over packaging, I would buy these again. They work well with my conversion over to gigabit. My cable selection is usually determined by what is on sale, so I'd buy thises again when they go on sale. |

Had these not been on sale at the time, I probably wouldn't have purchased them. Both in performance and quality though, they're leaps and bounds above the older CAT5 cables that they replaced. With a wide selection of lengths available there should be no issues finding exactly what you need, and there's a sharp blue color if that's your kind of thing to pay attention to.When I gave them a good once-over after first unpackaging them, it was nice to see such a good crimping job done from the factory, and the anti-snag boots are very securely fastened, unlike a few other cables I've purchased in the past. |

I'm upgrading from my ancient Cat 5 cables, so I got a couple of these and replaced my whole setup. On sale for a good price, so I can't complain! Don't know if it's any faster but my tested average speed now is 11mb/s download and 0.45mb/s upload. |
